Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 and no maximum rental age. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 will incur an additional daily fee.

All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel. Option 1- Prepay Fuel This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at market price at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Option 2- We Refill This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local market fuel prices. Option 3- You Refill This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.

Third Party Liability-TPL- is included in Collision Damage Waiver. Theft Protection-CDW-TP-and is MANDATORY for all rentals. CDW-TP can be waived with proof of credit card coverage which is required at time of rental. If CDW-TP is declined, customer must purchase Third Party Protection-TPL. CDW-TP Includes TPL-19.50 USD Economy to Intermediate Per Day CDW-TP Includes TPL 21.50 USD Standard and Above Per Day TPL only 9.00 USD Per Day

National Protection Package (NPP) is a package product which includes Collision Damage Waiver-Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Tire and Windshield Protection (TWP), Third Party Liability (TPL) and Deductible Protection (DP) at a discounted price. National Protection Package (NPP) is not insurance. If you purchase NPP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss or theft of the vehicle, and up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties during the rental period in the Dominican Republic subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement. No deductible Applies.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI1)The purchase of personal accident insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,000 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of $17,250 USD (500,000 DOP)

Credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction. Credit Cards honored- American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Diners Club An authorization on the credit card in the amount of 1000.00 USD plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges. Debit and or Check cards are not accepted at this location. Debit and or check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover logo.

Roadside Plus (RSP) - Covers service for key replacement, towning, jump start, lockout service, and fuel delivery. RSP includes towing, flat tire service (If no inflated spare is available, vehicle will be towed), and lockout service (If keys are locked inside the vehicle). Jumpstarts and fuel delivery service for up to 3 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel is also provided. Tire damage beyond repair as a result of driver neglect is the responsibility of the renter.

Must meet the location's minimum age requirements. Present a valid driver's license. Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental. This location accepts notarized Chinese Drivers License. International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.

From Ave. John F. Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln make a right turn to los Pr├│ceres ave and continue for about 500 meters to the North. At the Botanical Garden, make a u- turn in Ave Republica de Colombia. The National rental facility will be located on the right. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the National counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Third Party Liability -TPL- protection is required by the rental company unless the National Protection Package -NPP- is purchased. Customers can obtain coverage up to 500,000.00 USD for damages and injuries to third parties under the local rental car company's insurance by purchasing its TPL protection. Liability insurance purchased on third party travel websites and insurance that accompanies US credit or debit cards is not accepted by the local rental company as a valid alternative to TPL.

Tire and Windshield Protection (TWP) Tire Windshield Protection waives customer's liability in the event of damage to tires or windshield.
